April's eating

What i have had in the month of April

me and my colleague have a task at Samarahan, so on the way from town, we had a break at Midway Cresent ... a new housing estate with three blocks of shop lot, halfway between town and Samarahan..hence the name Midway Cresent...

name of shop, WhiteDove Bistro..operated by a Bideyeh famili from Giam, Penrissen....

my meal, laksa...nyam nyam....very nice, glorious gravy, fresh prawn...what more can i say ...and when we ask the proprieter about the brand of laksa paste he utilizes...he mentions that he made the laksa paste himself....wow..

my colleague's kolo mee....i haven't taste it myself, but according to him, it taste rival those down town's stall.....

laksa and kolo mee are one of those local delicacy in which we never tired off...but to have it in our own Bidayuh shop would make an extra kick....
